Department Purchases

I developed an automated solution that replaced a manual weekly process, saving the user several hours of repetitive work. The automation takes exported sales data, intelligently splits it by department, and automatically sends tailored email notifications so each department manager to see what has been sold on the web shop. At the same time, all data is captured and stored in a SharePoint list for reporting and future analysis, improving accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the organisation.

Leave Request

I created an automated leave request process that streamlines approvals and ensures accurate categorisation. When a user submits a leave request, the system first routes it for authorisation. Based on predefined leave criteria, the request is then automatically classified as either CPD leave or discretionary leave, and relevant notifications are sent to the appropriate stakeholders. This automation reduces manual handling, speeds up approvals, and ensures leave data is consistently recorded and tracked.
